Ja sam ona devojčica iz srednjeg reda koja je još u osnovnoj školi znala čime želi da se bavi u životu: ljudskim emocijama i načinima na koje rešavaju probleme. Nekoliko decenija kasnije, zahvaljujući podršci i znanju, stečenom od profesora, mentora, ali i klijenata, sa sigurnošću mogu reći da “Razgovor pomaže” uvek.
Bez obzira sa čime se borite i koliko snage imate, ako ste rešeni da pomognete sebi da vidite širu sliku i osnažite sebe zakažite svoj razgovor sa profesionalnim terapeutom.
I'm one of those girls, who knew in elementary school, what she wanted to do in her life: deal with human emotions and the ways in which they solve problems. Many years later, thanks to the support and knowledge gained from professors, mentors, and clients, I can say with great certainty that "The conversation helps", always.

Psihoterapija nikako nije jedini način da pomognete sebi u rešavanju emotivnog problema koji imate, ali je svakako dobar način. Tokom tog procesa upoznaćete svoje jače i ranjivije strane, razumećete sebe bolje i osnažićete svoju emocionalnu inteligenciju, kako za sadašnji trenutak, tako i za one koji dolaze. Bilo da se borite sa tugom, depresijom, anksioznošću, strahom ili da prosto ni sami ne prepoznajete šta Vas koči, razgovor sa profesionalnim terapeutom je uvek dobar izbor. Prednost terapije uživo je osećaj direktnog kontakta sa drugim ljudskim bićem i lakše održavanje dijaloga, bez mogućih tehničkih poteškoća.

To je jedinstven razgovor, koji ne možete voditi ni sa jednom drugom osobom jer je objektivan i zasnovan na znanjima o ljudskoj psihi do kojih smo kao civilazacija došli. To je nepristrasan dijalog, pun podrške za klijenta i mesto na kome se on nalazi. Prednost online rada je što Vam omogućava da izaberete terapeuta koji Vam odgovara, bez obzira na njegovu lokaciju i što štedi vreme utrošeno na putovanje. Sve što Vam je potrebno je stabilna internet konekcija i miran prostor za neometan razgovor sa terapeutom.
Psychotherapy is a process during which you enter into a dialogue with a trained professional, completely focused on you and your problems and your needs. It is a unique conversation, which you cannot have with any other person, because it is objective and based on the knowledge of human psychology that we, as civilization, have gathered so far. It's an unbiased dialogue, full of support for the client and his/her position in life. The advantage of online therapy is that it allows you to choose the therapist that suits you, regardless of his/her location. It also saves commute time and allows you to conveniently choose your working space. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet place for an undisturbed conversation with the therapist.

Partnerska terapija je proces tokom koga partneri daju šansu svome odnosu da prebrodi određenu krizu ili da prosto dobije na kvalitetu i punoći, kako bi svaki od partnera osećao da je baš to ono što želi u životu. Ono što razlikuje ovu terapiju od individualne je to što je terapeutu u tom slučaju “klijent” Vaš odnos, a ne Vi ili Vaš partner pojedinačno. Uloga terapeuta u tom razgovoru dosta podseća na medijatorsku (tu je da postavlja pitanja i usmerava razgovor, a partneri uče da vide jedno drugo na više načina i iz više uglova). Priroda terapijskog procesa u radu sa parovima po mom profesionalnom mišljenju ipak zahteva rad uživo.
Couples therapy is a process during which partners give their relationship a chance. Through it, they try to overcome a certain crisis or to simply gain certain quality, so that each partner feels fulfillment in that sphere of life. What distinguishes this therapy from individual therapy is that the "client" of the therapist in this case is a relationship, not you or your partner individually. The therapist's role in that conversation is very similar to that of a mediator (to ask questions and direct the dialog, while the partners learn to see each other in many different ways and from multiple angles). The nature of the therapeutic process in working with couples, in my professional opinion, requires in person sessions.
